The DDC in collaboration with the Municipality of Chania and the Primary Education Department addressed the school community of the city and proposed to teachers and students of primary schools to “talk” with their bodies and express themselves through the tool of drawing.

The aim of the action is to raise awareness among these age groups and those directly involved, on issues such as self-protection, enhancing physical perception, empathy and the mental and cognitive means that art offers as a prevention of violent behavior.

The project was implemented from April to June 2023. It involved 8 primary schools, 20 teachers through experiential workshops and more than 400 students.
