Danae and Dionysios aim, through a combination of various techniques, to challenge the practitioners to gain better control of their bodies and minds. Exposing the body to sets of movement which focus on bringing it back to its past forms, they target a balance between our primal self and its evolution. As they play with various rhythmical patterns, they invite the participants to be more aware of how they use and move around them and how they can experiment with them.
