Adam Csoka Keller under the creative direction of the Royal Ballet, Culture Device – an innovative dance theater featuring artists with Down Syndrome, directed a choreographic subversive documentary at the Royal Opera House with a dynamic re-interpretation of Igor Stravinsky’s Rite of Spring, thus signaling 106 years since the premiere of this choreography. Just as the era in which this particular work was created it scandalized the public and caused the audience at that time to riot, so Adam records and documents in a riotous way how people with an extra chromosome perceive their identity in today’s society.
