Elisavet Pliakostathi is a dancer, choreographer and teacher based in Athens, Greece. She studied dance at the Greek State School of Dance and completed a Master’s degree of Arts in Choreography with Performing Arts at Middlesex University, London, UK.

She was the artistic director and choreographer of the ’58+3 Dance Company’ (2005-2008) where she created four dance works. She was actively involved with BelleVille Collective (2011-2013), creating site -specific and alternative venue interdisciplinary performances. Since 2014, she has been co-artistic director of the non-profit organization ‘BelleVille’ with other artists, co-organizing artistic and educational programs. In 2023 she founded PINEZA AMKE in order to expand her practice on dance composition.

Her works have received funding from the Hellenic Ministry of Culture, the European Commission, the Youth and Life-Long Learning Greek Institution and the J. F. Costopoulos Foundation.
