When the Body Says “I Can”
How does the body react to an obstacle? How does it perceive a challenge?
A workshop on the power of adaptation, collaboration, and freedom of movement that treats the obstacle not as something that stops movement, but as an opportunity to discover new ways of expression and communication.
Children are invited to listen to their bodies, trust their imagination, and discover that every body can find its own path.
For children ages 6–9

“My body speaks”: a case study of a motor expression and dance training program for Kindergarten and Primary School teachers in Chania.
The present study seeks to explore the views of early childhood and primary school teachers in Chania regarding the motor expression and dance training program “My Body Speaks”, which was selected as a case study. The aim of the research was to highlight the significance of embodiment, movement, and dance within the educational context, as well as to examine the contribution of the specific programme to teachers’ professional empowerment.
