Natural flow of movement
The practice is divided to floor work and standing up sessions.Floor work explores rolling, sliding, falling while standing up sessions includes elements of spine torsion and limp coordination.
Through a series of organic flowing exercises we warm up the body in order to achieve full range of physicality which tend to reach accelerated paces at the end of the class.
