NATURAL FLOW OF MOVEMENT
15 – 17 JULY . 16:00 – 18:00 .
The practice is divided to floor work and standing up sessions.
Floor work explores rolling, sliding, falling while standing up sessions includes elements of spine torsion and limp coordination.
Through a series of organic flowing exercises we warm up the body in order to achieve full range of physicality which tend to reach accelerated paces at the end of the class.
